This is a moment of the ‘day in the life’ of a few people in Havana, Cuba. I shot this on Kodachrome film and have recently had it scanned to make a digital image. The women are getting into a colectivo, a shared taxi.  The Cubans also call the malmendrones and máquinas. The driver is looking towards me over the roof of the car.
